Manhattan Spaces was started by renowned industry veterans Eduardo Bernades and Waqar Samad in early 2010 with the goals to provide integrity, creativity, and success to our local real estate market. These two savvy agents with close to 2,000 closed deals under their belt, left with an idea to create a real estate company that is different from the large corporate brokers that plagued Manhattan. 

Manhattan-Spaces was born a boutique firm that focuses on you, our client. Our main goal is not high profit margins, its how we treat our clients, agents, and landlords. We created a company that uses 21st Century technology and praises old world integrity. We like to call our company: "The New Old Fashioned Real Estate Company."

We are locally owned and operated and represent a unique blend of boutique service combined with corporate resources. We have an extensive network of referrals, resources and connections, which is a tremendous benefit to our organization and our clients.

  2. we do not require a purchaser to sign an exclusive brokerage agreement.
  3. we do not require a pre-approval for a mortgage loan in order to show a purchaser properties.
